Shipping & Delivery
All goods are inspected before shipping. All goods are fully insured before shipping in case of loss or damage. If you are not fully satisfied with an item you have ordered from Jayems 
Returns & Replacements

if wish to return then you can do so within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Jayems will accept all returns provided they are still in original condition and unopened and undamaged. In case an item is damaged then please notify us within 24hours of receipt and we will try and replace or offer full refund. Jayems does reserve the right to refuse any refund if goods are found to be not faulty. All goods must be returned at customer’s expense. A refund minus the shipping costs will be issued within 30 days of goods returned. However if you wish to exchange the goods then jayems will be happy to offer a suitable exchange. Before returning any goods please contact ourselves for instructions and consent. We do reserve the right to claim any losses incurred to us on transaction processes.

Viewing Orders
Customers can view the details of their purchase history, including the order number, date of purchase, total price of the order, and order status. The Reorder link creates a new order using information from a previous order, and takes the customer to the shopping cart, ready to check out.

Customers can access their account dashboard by clicking the “My account” link under the quick search box. They can use the dashboard to view and modify their information, including past and current addresses, billing and shipping preferences, newsletter subscriptions, wishlists, and more. They can also view tags and product reviews they have created while logged in to your store
